Navneet Education Society was established in 1998, with the sole motive of imparting quality education. The two philosophies guiding us are “Vidya Vardhate Rashtram” (Enriching Nation through Education) and “Vidya Dadati Vinayam” (Education gives Humility).The dispensation of the institutes run by us and the activities of the institutes are motivated by our mentor Smt. Kesardevi Mishra’s dedication, commitment and passionately curious inclination towards “Education”. She happened to be a recipient of primary education during her student years. She held firm for the cause of “Education” and assisted it in scaling new heights and worked tirelessly to help it reach the last student. Our college happens to be a small reflection of her humongous efforts for the cause of “Education”. Which at present has evolved into a robust system of imparting quality education. We have created a Research Friendly atmosphere, socially responsible environment with Ethical Practices to generate internationally required skill sets. Moreover, we believe, the education should sharpen skills like communication, reasoning which helps students function more effectively in the Corporate world. At present our institute namely Navneet College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Mumbai Central is known for delivering quality education. At present it offers versatile courses across three Faculties (Arts, Science & Commerce) i.e M. Com, M. Sc – IT in Post graduate courses. B. Com, BMS, BAF, B. Sc – IT. BCA in undergraduate courses. These courses are affiliated to University of Mumbai. Also the college offers FY JC & SY JC in Arts, Science & Commerce recognised by Maharashtra State Board. The college also discharges its duty as a Study Centre of National Institute of Open Schooling, Delhi and Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University, Nashik. We acclaim to focus on overall development of students. The college has had very small beginning with just 100 students and now happens to be a family of 10,000+ ambitious learners and a galaxy of committed and passionate teachers. We would like to proudly state that our college happens to have produced 1 Olympian, 3 National Level & 2 state level athletes. We also have various committees made up of Teachers, students and veteran faculties that act as an agent for keeping our campus ragging free and ensure entrepreneurship, women empowerment, Combining Culture with Technology and Tradition.
